Cameron has collected documents and interviews about presidential interest in UFOs, from Truman to Obama, and studied the Rockefeller Initiative, Laurance Rockefeller's 1990s effort to persuade the Clinton White House to release UFO information. He has also researched Canadian engineer Wilbert Smith and Project Magnet. In later years he has focused on consciousness and contact experiences, which critics see as less grounded than his document work.
