The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is the U.S. Department of Defense's main military intelligence agency, created in 1961. It ran the AAWSAP program from 2008 to 2010, commissioning the 38 Defense Intelligence Reference Documents on advanced physics, and later oversaw parts of the government's remote-viewing program in the 1980s and 1990s.
In the Timeline

The DIA appears in several claims, including the disputed Wilson–Davis notes, in which former DIA director Vice Adm. Thomas Wilson supposedly tried to access a contractor-run UFO program in 1997, and claims of DIA sources in the Project Serpo story.
