A list headed "Projects and Facilities Related to the UFO/Extraterrestrial Matter", marked as prepared for Congress on 30 August 1996 by Steven Greer, named government sites, agencies and companies that Greer's CSETI alleged were tied to secret UFO work. It was reprinted in the Disclosure Project's 2001 briefing document.[1]
Sites named

Under Edwards Air Force Base and related facilities, the list named Edwards, Haystack Butte, China Lake, George and Norton Air Force Bases, NASA's Table Mountain observatory and "Blackjack Control", plus aerospace sites: Northrop's "Anthill" at Tejon Ranch, a McDonnell Douglas plant at Llano, Lockheed Martin's Helendale plant and Phillips Laboratory's North Edwards facility. It also listed Area 51/S-4, Pahute Mesa and Groom Lake in Nevada; Los Alamos, Kirtland, Sandia, Manzano Mountain, Coyote Canyon and White Sands in New Mexico; and Fort Huachuca in Arizona, where it alleged spacecraft and autopsied beings were stored underground. Others included a Utah complex reachable only by air, Redstone Arsenal, Lawrence Livermore and Cheyenne Mountain.[1]
Agencies and companies

The list named the NRO, NSA, CIA, military intelligence, the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, DARPA, the FBI and the space commands, saying their activities were split into unacknowledged special access projects. Companies named included Northrop, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, BDM, E-Systems, EG&G, Wackenhut, McDonnell Douglas, TRW, Rockwell, Booz Allen Hamilton, MITRE and SAIC.[1]
Assessment

The list gives no evidence for any individual entry. Many of the places are real secret or sensitive sites, which makes them natural subjects of speculation. No government body has confirmed a UFO role for any of them.[1][2]
